Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

At House of Cars Riverside, we take great care in inspecting and packaging every item before it ships. Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

Your order number
Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review your claim and, if appropriate, work with you on a replacement, store credit, or other resolution.

Collectible Condition

Many of the products we sell are highly collectible. While we carefully inspect our inventory, minor variations in packaging, factory imperfections, or shelf wear may occur. These are considered part of the collectible hobby and are not grounds for a return or refund unless the item was significantly damaged during shipping.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes or cancel it after it has been processed.
